Project Manager

Opening for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage new residential home construction from breaking ground to project completion.
The job requires daily visits to multiple job sites overseeing every building stage with daily interaction with homeowners and subcontractors. The candidate will be responsible for contractors’ schedules, ordering materials, and maintaining daily quality control of the project.
Minimal office work but daily check in’s required at the office for schedule updates and meetings.
Work hours are 6:30-4:00 but may vary near closings.
Competitive base with bonus
Bonuses earned upon completion of projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in construction or Project management
Valid DL
Ability to read blueprints
Strong communication skills – Must work well and maintain relationships with all subcontractors and homeowners.
