Jon Huss obviously loves his work. He has an excellent eye for construction and an overall "look" of the project.
He adds many extras in his homes...it's always nice to get more than you thought you were getting.

She understood our need for less square footage without losing all the nicer features we were used to in a larger custom home. Katie spent time with us getting to know our tastes (both in the show room and a home similar to the one we wanted to build). She explained the process and assured us she is the one to keep us focused on the final result and the final budget. We never felt pressured to upgrade where it wasn't needed. We were able to meet with her when our schedules allowed, not just the normal showroom hours! She went above and beyond in helping us.
