Once we have a thorough understanding of your wants and needs and have worked together with you to finalize your home's design, our estimating process can begin. Working with our select group of subcontractors, we will put together a bid to construct your new home. All the key costs involved will be included, as will be allowances for selections that you will be making during the building process. The design of our homes are carefully orchestrated to create an atmosphere where families can relax and enjoy their investment for a lifetime. At Jon Huss Custom Homes Inc. we are proud to guarantee that your bid will be presented to you in two weeks or less. Upon your review and acceptance of our estimate, your contract is prepared for your approval. Upon the signing of your contract, the exciting process of building your new home can begin.
